In this agreement the term ‘you’ refers to the Client or User, and ‘fxoppen’ is the operator of the platform.

When a user uses any of fxoppen’s services, it gets implied that the user or the client has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this legal agreement, and the privacy policy of fxoppen Trader.
